Sacred Armaments plays Powerwave - an obscure electronic music genre somewhere between the realms of Dungeon Synth, Synthwave, and Sword and Sorcery movie music scores. Conceived by Rexor Runestone as an outlet to bind fantasy with reality, Sacred Armaments takes inspiration from Sword and Sorcery fiction from the likes of Robert E. Howard and Karl Edward Wagner, cult 80's movies such as Conquest and Barbarian Queen, the historical works of Norse Sagas and Celtic mythology, and the real world pursuit of hypertrophy and physical strength.

Broadsword's Might is a preview track for the upcoming mini-album Powerstryke, consisting of 25 minutes of red-blooded Powerwave from the days of High Adventure. Do you like swords, synths, blood and thunder? Then raise your fist toward the sky - the time to STRYKE will arrive with POWER!
